Hey there, I'm new to the forum, I searched the forum and didn't find exactly what I am looking for. I am considering buying an 09 4cyl manual access cab 4x4 taco. It has 32000 miles on it. In scouring the net for potential issues I may face with the truck I found out there is a known issue with the 2nd gen clutch made in the Mexican factory. (I should add I have horrible luck with all things vehicular, if it can or has been known to happen to a vehicle it will immediately happen to me seemingly regardless of how well maintained or brand new the vehicle is.:(:()

Is there some way of knowing before buying the truck if this particular clutch is the bad American/Mexican manufactured one as opposed to the Asian made one that apparently doesn't have any issues? Does the tsb mention particular vin series affected or anything? Can someone link or attach the tsb please?
thanks in advance, hopefully I'll be a proud taco owner soon.
