Decided to join up on the forums after googleing for some problems I was having.

I am a huge Toyota fan. I was converted in 2004 when I bought a brand new 4Runner. Absolutely loved that vehicle. Prior to that I was brought up in a Ford/Dodge type of home. Put quite a few miles on the 4Runner but ultimately sold it when I had to be stationed overseas in Japan and didn't want two car payments. Came back to the US, and knew that no matter what I bought, it had to be a Toyota. Decided that a truck was for me this time but didn't need a full size like a Tundra. And so my quest for a Taco began.

Just bought a used Silver 07 Double Cab Prerunner with the Dealer added X-SP package. Previous owner put vent visors all around and a color matched hard tonneau cover. Truck is very clean, had about 51,000 on it when I got it.

I came to the forums looking for information on how to better install my Sirius Starmate 5 (mainly to see if a fm relay will fit in the factory radio) and how to get the factory radio out without killing trim parts. These forums were full of information and got me to do a full custom install instead. Thought about the USA Spec iPod adapter but ultimately decided against it. Waiting on my FM relay and a sirius hardwire power kit to come in this week, but I have already custom fabricated a mount for the cradle. Will create a thread with pics showing what I did when its done.

Now I am excited about doing some more mods thanks to the forums. Pictures of the truck to follow as well once I finish with the radio install, too busy working this week right now.

Glad to hear this site has worked out for you. Welcome back to the states BTW but most importantly... welcome to Tacoma World. Congrats on the truck and what appears to be a smooth install (knock on wood). Haha.
