True, but would make it a hell of a lot easier with a power tool

Yeahh, just as long as you have a torque wrench too, one of my friends has a couple different size ones

Yeah I have a pretty decent size one I used when I rotated my wheels and installed my spacers on my 2010. I don't know why buy it still made me nervous being a impact gun didn't tighten everything. Don't want my wheels rolling off

Ohh yeah, I've just used a 4-way lug wrench to tighten my wheels, but if I get a torque wrench I'll use that. Of course I wonder if the torque changes with aftermarket wheels and no shop/mechanic is going to use a torque wrench

Awesome!! yeah I bought a 2.5 ton and honestly should have gone larger but it has held up so far. Always use some jack stands if the jack fails on you. Great thinking on the father's day presents. Yeah I am awaiting the Allpro package with leafs and flip kit. My satoshi grill came in Friday, so I am debating on when to install and cut that in as I was deep sea fishing all this weekend and have a vaca with the fam this coming up week. Oh yeah!! Also my wheels and tires were shipped via Fastenal and should be in sometime this week. Hopefully in the next few weekends I can install my lift. I purchased an air wrench which will help with the install too.

Ended up going with these. Couldn't beat the price as the tires alone would set me back $900 new.

Yeah its killing me waiting on all these parts, but I did successfully get my Satoshi grill put together and cut out last night. It is drying and will be installed on my truck when I get home this afternoon . I will make sure to take some pictures and post them. Yeah that would be awesome Alfuh, I am definitely down for some help as I haven't ever installed a lift on the front having to take apart the coils etc. I did find out that Advanced Auto Parts you can rent a coil spring compressor from them for free and I just bought an air wrench to help with the install. Looking for a cheap impact gun now.

I have 1.25 spidertrax all 4, icon rr +2, billies set at 0, 885x's, LR UCA's, .5" top plate spacer, waiting on wheels, tires, need to do the cmc, waiting on all pro standard 3" leafs, & flip kit.

awesome setup, and yeah im lookin forward to the 35s :D, did you get new bumpstops with the flip kit? if you didnt get the ubolt flip kit with the holes drilled into them, there isnt a place for the factory bumpstops to mount to. I made that mistake with mine when I bought my all pro standards and the flipkit, so I need to get new bumpstops and retro fit them above the leafspring set to install the ubolt flip kit

Thanks :) I didn't as I told them I would just drill them myself and make the factory bumps work?? Wasn't really expecting that question when they asked me lol. I don't have to have the bumpstops immediately installed do I? Not sure how the factory ones are on the leafs? Do they screw into the flip kit plate or could you not just cut the bolt and use some GOOB automotive super adhesive glue as I don't offroad much and doubt I will ever hit them.

well I guess technically you could drill them to make them work and use a screw to bolt them into place. I would have the bumpstops installed immediately, if not you could potentially damage your leaf springs since there would be nothing preventing them from over flexing and hitting the frame.

factory bump stops and ubolts work like this, the ubolts basically hold the bumpstop in since it has those lips at each end where the ubolts hold it in place so it cant move

now this is how the ubolt flip works (with the timbrens) since its upside down, the bumsptops screw into the plate itself. so basically you could do roughly the same thing and just drill yourself holes in the flip plate and the bumpstop to bolt it in place like this

What about doing a reverse mount to the frame? I saw some pics on that but confused as how to bolt them up?

Does the frame just have a hole to put a bolt from center of bump stop through frame and a but on top/ inside of frame? Could drill one if not, but idk if the frame is closed there or not

Edit: like above Daystar or "energy suspension" are good,

no, you have to drill a hole to fit the bumpstop there. im seriously considering buying those because that will allow my to finally install my ubolt flip kit and get some new bumstops for the rear

Do it looks super simple to install to. I wonder how long my bumps will need to be. I am not sure exactly how to measure that.
