So I have one stock CV and one aftermarket from your autozone/carquest/napa and such. The extended axle shafts sold with AP's LT kit ONLY fit it the stock birfs. Anyone with the LT kit have an aftermarket CV that the axle fits in? Ive done some measureing and it appears that stock birf will take 1.25''(+-) axle shaft width. Aftermarket ones ive checked only take 1.125''(+-), which at this point means I only have 3 wheel drive

Can anyone shed light to what, if any aftermarket CV's will work. Wrecking yards at this point are my only option for a stock CV, as toyota wants $500 for what a parts store sells for $70.

No aftermarket CV will work. And besides, you wouldn't want an aftermarket CV's anyways since they are nowhere as strong as the original OEM
