Hey, I'm new to the forum but have a question in regards to my 4x4. I have the dial select "h2" "h4" and "L4" modes but when I try to engage 4 high or 4 low the dash "4x4" indication light does not appear. I tested to see of any power was getting to the wheels and it seems that it is not fully engaging. So my question is

Is it electrical? Mechanical? Both? I've heard of people with blinking 4x4 lights and having to do odd things for their 4x4 to engage but mine won't engage or indicate at all. Frustrated, taking it to toyota to diagnose. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

my guess is a possible actuator switch? Fuse? the dial select switch itself? Help? ANYONE OUT THERE WITH THIS SIMILAR ISSUE?
