2013 dc trd 4x4 noise coming from back

    I have a 2013 tacoma with 15,000 miles and I hear a noise and it sounds like lose bolt and its coming from the rear but I cant find anything any info or input would be good

    Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
    My 2006 rear wheel plastic fender wells used to make noise. You could duplicate it by slamming the door. Is you spare tire not pulled all the way up? It cranks up on a cable, if it's not clear up it could bang around in there. Just a couple of suggestions.
