Doing a static drop on a 2001 single cab with stock wheels and I need new tires. What size would you run?

Anyone have any pictures of a 2" x 3" drop on stock wheels?

Az lowtacoma, How was the ride quality after you installed the 2" Bell Tech springs? Did they affect the front end alignment? Negative camber?

Bell Tech advertises their springs to drop extended cab trucks 2". Do you have any idea how much they'd drop a regular cab?

I had 245/40/18 on my 1994 with Belltech drop spindles in the front and Belltech leafs and 2" blocks in the rear.

Not sure what will fit on 2001 but I have the same size 245/40/18 on my 2006 with DJM 3/4 on my new to me 2008 and the rims are no where near tucking like on my 1994.

I guess the offset of the wheel and original hub spacing in relation to the body will play a part on what size wheels you can run on your particular model.

Az lowtacoma: Are the KYB Monomax shocks designed for lowered trucks, or are they for standard height trucks? Don't lowered trucks need specially designed shocks that are shorter than stock shocks?
