I just wanted to share my experience with both SPC and Headstrong yesterday. I have had my LR ucas for a little over a year now, and the passenger side ball joint is on its way out. After chasing a clunk and vibration for about 2 months now, this was diagnosed yesterday. I have a 4 day expo trip that I am leaving for tomorrow. After calling SPC and explaining my situation, they said they would ship me a new ball joint free of charge, if they had one in stock. They even offered to pull one out of an arm to get me going, but they didnt have an arm in stock in Colorado either. Here is where Marie at Headstrong comes in. I called her and explained the situation, not only did she have one in stock, but she went out of their normal shipping channels to get it to me UPS red so I would have it today. She also communicated with SPC and I was able to get the ball joint for just the cost of shipping, even though I agreed to pay for the joint and shipping just to get it to me, because really, at this point the cost didnt matter, I just needed my truck healthy again. So a big thank you to both Headstrong and SPC in helping me get my truck trail ready for this weekend!
    I really appreciate it.
