2004 SR5 4x4

Hello. I have a Black 2004 SR5 4x4 V6. Bought it with 60k and now just rolled over 104k. It is a daily driver hauling kids and gets me to work. I will have this truck for many more years to come, so I have a few modifications I'd like to do.
My wish list of mods...
K&N cold air kit; exhaust (I am open to exhaust suggestions. I don't want loud just better sound and performance ); new wheels ( NOT a fan of factory steel wheels!). I am also interested in replacing my headlights/taillights and turn signals with LEDs... Suggestions?

I put in the K&N cold air intake , better throttle response and much more smoother at idle . I will be installing a magnaflow in time . Plasti diped my TRD RIMS
