I have a 05 taco 4.0 and I had some coolant pressure building up to much so I replaces thermostat and water pump and pressure when back to normal but I still have air bubbles back flowing threw coolant.. The truck has never gotten hot no water in oil and doesn't smoke do you think it's a head gasket and if so how long will the truck run until I have the money to fix

Indications point that it is the head gasket. I wouldn't drive it like that as the coolant could leak into a cylinder while sitting idle and then hydrolock when you attempt to start it. Then the price of repairs go up. A LOT! Can you say broken piston, bent rod ...

I wouldn't run it until you replace the gasket. Not a had job. Will be if you keep running it though.

Typical exhaust leak into cooling jacket; if you sniff the overflow tank as bubbles appear, it'll smell like exhaust. MIGHT be ok to get it to dealer, but per above it's taking a chance...
ALso check you oil for milkiness..another indicator.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
If it is a head gasket, you may see white smoke or steam from the exhaust as it gets worse. If it gets too bad the motor will hydro lock as stated above. I had that happen on a Pontiac and when I tried to start it I broke the starter ring. At that point the motor has to come out so don't wait too long.

You may be able to pull the plugs and see where the issue is, most likely you will see a plug that looks odd. If you find a weird plug they can pressurize that cylinder and see if you get bubbles in the radiator proving that its a head gasket.
