OP, you have a bunch of advise on here telling you what to do. I have a question for you.
    1. Who told you what components to install? If it was Toytec they most likly know what they are talking about. Your components should work if Toytec said they should.

    2. Who installed everything? Did you do it yourself? Did a shop do it? If a shop did it go back to them and have them check alignment. If you did it yourself go get the alignment. Once that's done then check the drive.

    3. UCAs only after you get the alignment done and if it doesn't go into spec. You can get an alignment for $60-100 and it's well worth it.

Please come back and tell us what you have done and what fixed it. I don't think removing it all and going back to stock is a good solution. I had several places telling me I could do the lift cheaper than I did, spacers and so forth. But I went with what I did so I didn't have any regrets later. Nothing worse than cheaping out and regretting it latter.

FWIW, I have a 3" toytec lift and Icon UCAs on my 2014 truck. It rides and drives just fine. It's a different ride than stock but it's not squirrelly or odd in any way.

I became a New Member just because of this thread. I agree completely with CalvinEagle!! LOVE the look of truck but hate the steering concerns. You described it soo well CalvinEagle! Mine feels the same way. It did not feel this way before the lift. When driving, I feel like I am playing mario cart video game. It drives straight but when I steer slightly right or left then is responds slowly like if its on water. I have 2014 DC that I recently had lifted by Les Schwab. Please dont yell at me but it was a Tuff Country Spacer lift with AAL. It fit the bill and was hoping it served the purpose. Not very much off road. I am taking it back to Les Schwab and hopefully they can correct. If its correctable but I have had the same thoughts of ripping it all out back to stock but it just looks so good!! I will have to post a pic. So many things to consider: sway bar, alignment, tires, and now UCAs. Even with spacer lift, the truck shouldnt feel like this....

Are you runnin the Eibach coils with your set up. I have the one mentioned with the Eibachs and 1/2 spacer to give me the full 3 inches. I need to install new UCA's because my truck wonders too much and makes a noise when I go over bumps sounds like stock uca's are hitting my coils. Also running 18x9 with -12 offset on same tires you have.
