09 trd 4in lift manual

Hey guys just bought a 4 in lift from rough country for my 09 . Says it will clear 33s but with these metric tires there are so many options. Anyone have this lift or similar and can recommend a tire size... Also what is the smallest rim I can squeeze on this guy 16?
