Just newly purchased. Ive done a couple cheap mods but nothing serious Plastidip badges, weathertech mats, LED light strip with ground cutoff switch under hood, LED strip shifter light, LED map lights and dome light
If i decide to paint my entire housing black, would it be also suggested to do the same to the fogs or leave them? Going to retrofit the headlights either way just and wanna do the housing black just not sure about the fogs. Any input is appreciated.

If you do a retrofit you can paint whatever you want as you don't need the light to reflect off the chrome surface.

The foglights would then be useless if you painted them

ok, i got you that makes sense now. would smoking them with like one coat of night shades make it look more natural to the black headlights? Because I just think that the regular fogs wont look good and kinda look funny.

I would use window tint or vinyl overlays from ebay instead of spraying them.

    Vinyl is easy to remove.

I went with chrome shrouds, to match the chrome fog lights. But I have a different retrofit in mind I might do sometime

that is true, im getting chrome shrouds for it so it may not look that bad with the original chrome headlights. maybe ill just paint the headlight housing black and leave everything else. But thanks man I appreciate the input.
