I'm def interested in this! Any idea on weight capacity? (ie. RTT on it?) ;) More Details please! I'd be interested to know how you modified the double cab version as well as the possible access cab version.

    What are the rack dimensions?

    Hey Boonie Buster,

    Thanks for your interest!
Steve over at FrontRunner got us out the rack in the size as you see it and we modified the dbl cab mounting brackets to work with the size of the access cab (holes in the cab do have to be drilled out since there are no factory holes). We are currently working with FrontRunner to potentially offer this as a kit which we would also be selling. As we get more details on how we will be moving forward on this we will be releasing a press release and starting a new thread on here with all the details :D

We were looking back on where we started with Brownie before the 37's and long travel — still looked amazing!!

Apex Aluminum front bumper, Apex sliders, full skids, Fox shocks and an Aluminum PackRack so far during this stage are what really shaped the overall look of where Brownie is today.

How did you go about radiusing the rear fender flare for the tires? Thats a really clean line and it looks like you only cut out the rear of the flare. Was it just free handed or what did you do? Thats the only area that really needs to be cut so I'm trying leave as much flare without having the tires rip them off.

Black Sand Pearl factory paint - flattened "au natural" by tree branches.
Rear winch mount bumper which you should also manufacture.

This was a free hand cut. We still have some slight rub spots with the 37's in the rear and have considered going to a fiberglass bedside.

What are everyones thoughts on going to a fiberglass bedside on our Brownie?

Here is a photo to imagine going to wider fiberglass bedside.

I would just to have the front and rear match up. Are you running wheel spacers in the rear to match up the stance to the front LT?
