Anybody know how to make additional lights turn on with the dome???

I been wanting to add additional light like in the inside of the handles or on the bottom for the side steps or even inside the cabin where the feet go. I know this usually for high end or luxury cars but hey why not!

I know theres other post similar but they seem to have a difficult time to explain what wire you actually splice or where it may be easier for my ideas to splice the wire.

 

I ran LED strips under my steps for a while, all I did was look up amp research steps and find the wiring diagram they used to tie in the hot wire when the door opens. Pretty simple.
