Alignment problems

    I searched for this but couldn't find the answer. I just installed a db lift & tried to get an alignment. The camber is limited out on the pass side. It needs to come in more but can't. Is there any way to fix this. Bushings are brand new. Ball joints feel fine. :confused:

    My limited knowledge of DB lifts is that the stock geometry is lower thus there is no need for UCA's like when it's lifted more on a typical suspension lift.

    I could also be completely wrong.

    Yeah, i'm not completely familiar with dbs either, but he needs to find camber somehow, so this seemed like the obvious choice.

    This may or may not be what you need Edit - If nothing is seized though. Everything should be in spec. So there may be something wrong or your alignment guy was lazy.

    Alignment guy not lazy. He has been doin alignments for me since the 80's. He specializes in lifted stuff.
    Not LCA's, new LCA bushings & adjuster bolts. Adjusting bolts were seized when trying to put the lift on. Had to cut them out!!:(

    Ok, I put the LR UCAs on. When I get the camber & caster in specs, the tie rod ends run out of thread trying to set the toe :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Cant figure this out!! Fabtech has been great so far. They are sending me a new spindle to see if this fixes my problem.

    Hey, did you ever find a solution to this? I have gone through my second set of tires in less then 6 months since installing a bds 6" dp kit.... The inner tread is wearing bald on both tires.....

    Have the Cam Bolts been double checked to make sure that they are not seized? With a Drop-Bracket style lift, the geometry of the suspension should be pretty close to stock, and a good alignment should be no problem.
