Hello everybody. I just bought my truck a couple of weeks ago, new to the Tacoma but not to Toyota. For one, I work there, and I used to have an MKiii supra and a Camry. My truck is a 2009 CCSB Prerunner SR5, so far its been a great truck. Getting around 17mpg, it has everything I want, and nothing I don't (except for the chrome) Already replaced the cloudy yellowed and melted headlamps with the updated lights from the xrunner, and snagged a body color grille from a wrecked truck to replace the chrome. Next up will be the debadgeing Lol. Also, how much mpg drop should I expect going from the 245 tire to the 265/70? Thanks! I look forward to being around the boards.

Welcome to TW! Nice truck! Going up to 265/70/16 (I assume those rims are 16") probably won't drop your MPG too much, but you might try searching for mileage specifics in some of the 2nd Gen discussions. As you may already know, you can get a high quality air filter (I swear by K&N air filters), keep the MAF sensor clean and maybe get an aftermarket muffler all to help some with MPG.
