Yes it is... They need to be on legally (in NJ atleast) any time there is rain or fog... So if they aren't on the light doesn't go on... Same with blinkers... If the bulb is out on the right the blinker goes off rapidly to let you know so you can use hand signals til you get a new bulb...

... Now you think HE is smart enough to do that?

Also the mention about the dog thing Zach...

My dog has a seat belt harness... Stops the chime so the dog doesn't set off the chime... Gotta keep the pup safe from other drivers as well...

Amazes me how bent out of shape people get about OTHER people not wearing their seatbelt. STFU and mind your own business, bunch of nannies.

Yeah real quiet... While every pic was beer snap and beavis telling people to drink or GTFO... maybe you should leave so you don't have to see me post.

The excuses for wanting the chime off are f*cking BS... Chime is there because half the idiots who drive today don't wear their seatbelt... So they put in that annoying noise so you wear it...

I mean why wear your seatbelt it only SAVES YOUR LIFE...

But if youre talking about the passenger seat then there are plenty of ways around it...

If the package is more than 30 pounds put it on the floor or back seat or in the bed if its a nice day...

If youre dog is setting off the chime then get him/her a car harness since it is now a LAW atleast in NJ that your pet has to be strapped in or in a crate in your vehicle...

Sometimes the derpy ones have more common sense... :goingcrazy:

Was not directed at you! But everyone should protect their pup in the car as you protect yourself

Stupid enough to have disregard for your own life stupid enough to have disregard for others lives... Only time I don't wear a seatbelt is if I am driving down a fire road to the usual trails the NJ guys go to... Get to the spot and the belt goes on... Incase of rollover... Whether it be my truck or me riding shotgun
