I've been to some good dealers. Rouen in Maumee was solid. Bought it there and when they did the oil, they would wash it.

Dealer out in Denver was likely the craziest place. You pull in, guy comes over, checks your windshield for chips. Then the advisor comes over measures your tread depth as you watch. after all that fun, they do the oil change and gave it a quick wash and filled the washer fluid. as a bonus, go in the morning and you can get a free omelet made to order.

most of my oil changes tho have been at schaumburg toyota. they just do the oil and filter, but it's cheap and quick. in and out in under 30 minutes every time.

bloomington, in dealer was friendly as well.
