I am curious as to what kind of aftermarket stereo I should get for my 05 Tacoma. Would like to get one with a full navi screen. Any advice would be appreciated.

    1. Are break-ins and theft a concern in your area?
    2. Are you satisfied with a 5" screen or do you really want a 7" screen?

Really it doesn't matter to me. 5 or 7" either way I want a screen. Doesn't really have to have navi either but would be good to have. And no theft isn't really a problem.

The previous owner of my truck installed an 'alpha-nav' double din screen unit. At first I was going to rip it out as I had never heard of this company, and it looked cheap, but the more I used it, the more I liked it. I had to fix the fitment with a new dash kit, but now it fits/works perfectly.

Bluetooth with built in mic on the unit, has bluetooth music streaming, and all my steering wheel controls work.

The nav is also pretty good.

Did some online research and this is a relatively cheap unit for what you get.
