Color match headlight bezels? MGM

Has anyone color matched MGM headlight bezels?? I am taking mine apart this weekend and cant decide between black and color match.

What do you guys think?

 

Look for member Raz4back, he did something close on his truck and he has pictures of them. He actually did the bowls MGM and the bezels satin black. I was thinking about doing the same thing but decided to go all black. He sent me some pictures of his headlights and it was hard to tell the difference between to the two colors but I think it could look good.

 

I will do a write up on them since it doesnt look like there is one for the new tacos. Picking up the dupli-color match paint today. Im thinking I'll do a primer before and a flat clear after. Be on the lookout for a write-up.

 

Black. Color matching bezels always looked odd to me, such as the stock first-gen Fit:

 

Just waiting for them to cure... Then I will throw them on the truck and upload the finished product

 

Having the same issue on mine. Was thinking about spraying them mgm too. Curious to see what it lookds like. Subbed

 

They are in the oven now. I'll squeeze them together and try to get them installed tonight or tomorrow early afternoon

 

Not sure how I feel about it yet...

 

I think the matched MGM actually looks good (Kinda like the new SR package lights). But, I would do black on any other color truck. That's what I went with on my super white.

 

I agree I actually told my buddy that. It's the only color I think could pull it off

Looks good. I agree with that being one of the few colors that would look good.
