    Too few to list.
For those in SoCal interested in PDR, I recommend Beach Cities PDR in Huntington Beach. Jeff the owner is great to work with and prices are reasonable. I've gone there multiple times for different vehicles and perfect every time and most of the time, they can get the dent out in less than 10 minutes. They can also do discounted pricing for 20+ cars on a Saturdays for like meets and supply the food/drink as well.

    Some stuff...
Hhhmmmm, interesting. Thanks for the feedback. I think for my situation I'll just live with it until I get a rear plate bumper - I don't want to take the (50%) chance of damaging the paint, and with my luck it would happen. :(

I fixed a dent just like the OPs on my pass side door myself.
I would pull the taillight and drill a small access hole if there wasn't something already there. Using a combination of 24" socket extensions (rounded side) or whatever you may have to use, slowly work from the outside of the dent inwards. Take your time and you may get some pretty good results. It will never be perfect but its worth a shot.
After doing this polish the area and voila! DIY to the max.

oh and the compressed air will only work on large shallow dents, nothing like this.

I'd give the PDR a shot I agree that it should be a bit cheaper. Had a door ding removed from my wife's car a couple years ago for $100. Had to bring it to the dealer though and their regulars per guy did it. The original combo detail/per place couldn't figure out how to get the door panel off and didn't want to risk breaking any pieces.

Here in Phx AZ, I have a guy that is really good even on a crease and he is
    $50.00 cash.
I think he is $100 for up to 2 repairs if he has to drive to you.
Call the dealerships they know the good and cheap guys are are available.
I,d say all the used car lots have this guys on speed dial.

I have had paintless dent removal done on my truck - just random dents from over the years. The guy did a great job and although some might still be slightly visible at certain angles, overall it was a great deal. Mine was about $200 because he worked on it all around the truck.
I would say in general the only ones that are still visible are the ones where the paint was damaged.

Don't feel bad, I hit my truck with my newly purchased zero turn. My first time driving it, luckily I hit the tire as the truck sits high. No damage, then I ran into the neighbors house.
I'm better at driving the Tacoma though, thank God.

I had paintless dent removal done on a Corolla at Fitzgerald Auto Mall; It was damage from the lot, so they had to fix it free. THeir PDR man is an itinerant, so only there on certain days. But you could call them and find his contact...
On your truck, remember it's a truck. It'll have a few scrapes and dings. Take your time and find a good deal when you're ready to pay for the fix.

I was just told PDR soooo I'm not sure. I don't see how they could have possibly pulled that out with a suction cup but I'm really not schooled on the mechanics of PDR so I'm not sure.

I doubt they could have pulled that corner with a suction cup. Most good PDR guys get the dents from the underside.
