    Anyone on here do Parkour, have pics, vids etc. Im fairly new to it and was curious if anyone else has been doing it. I am planning to add crossfit the regime to help with speed and endurance.

    that office reference is pretty funny, Ed Helms was at Cornell for convocation this year where i work, pretty funny dude all the time.

    Only if I slip going down the stairs and miraculously manage to flail/twist/leap in a way that lets me avoid falling on my arse.

    THATS HOW I GOT INTO IT, I SLIPPED AND DECIDED TO ROLL INSTAED OF PUTTING MY HANDS OUT...LOL I walk around a lot for work at Cornell U. so I decided to add a work out to my day and look like a crazy mid 30's dude jumping and leaping on shit.
