Basically My Wifes ex Husband isnt making his payments on time, on a loan he is responsible for from their divorce decree.

I have been getting mail (addressed to my wife) every couple months from Bank of America and from my Bank USAA..

Bank of America telling us the payment is over due or late..

USAA notifying us her credit score has been lowered for late payments and such.. .

I understand she co signed when they were married but at what point can we do something.. he wont refinance and this is the 3rd summer in a row he has told us this is the last summer he wants the boat and he is gonna sell it.. When we got married and went to buy a car like 5 years ago we both had credit that was over 750.. hers is down to 640 now.

good luck. my gf is in a similar situation with her ex husband over a piece of land. he already let his pickup get repo'ed that had her name on it and now the bank is slowly in the process of foreclosure on the land. without a bunch of cash to pay off the mortgage (which is collateral on a farm he doesn't have anymore) she is up the creek. my advice to you would be to see if he'll let you guys have the boat, and either pay it off or sell it and cut your losses.
