ECU problem

I have a problem with my ECU, by not giving pulse to injector 5. I did some tests and no pulse right from the ECU. Do I need to replace the ECU or is there something else I can do before replacing it? Can it be fixed?

 

There are a lot of variables that are common with the P0305

What codes came up on the scan ?

 

P0305 code keeps coming up, already checked coils, spark plugs, compression, injectors

 

on this picture, what do the F5-10 mean?

 

F5 , F6 , F7 ,F8 , F9 ,F10 are the individual injectors .The illustration shows that all 6 injectors use the identical connector .
After you disconnected the battery , how long does it take for the code to pop up ?
There are 2 different diagnostics used depending on the frequency and duration of the code being tripped .
I would disconnect the battery and start fresh paying close attention to how long it takes for the code to set . Once the code flashes on the dash , follow the troubleshooter chart .

 

I just got this ECM on a junk yard its off a 05 AC 4.0 auto, will it work on my 07 DC 4.0 auto?

 

Replaced the ECM, programed it and still getting the same problem, injector 5 has no pulse!!!

 

Are you getting control power at the injector? Get a noid light and see if you lost a ground or / are getting your output from the computer.

I would put your original ECM back in.
