    First post here...

So I just dropped a bunch of dough on my lift after many many hours of reading and researching but I am sure I missed something. I'll start with a bit about the truck though...

    -2011 DCSB TRD O/R
-30K miles (purchased in Aug 2013 used with 17K)
-Added a Bruteforce Hybrid Bumper a month ago
-Will be adding a superwinch ep9.0 here very soon

Next necessary info would be my goals....
-Low as possible to comfortably clear 255/85's and gain a little clearance (not afraid to trim and hammer a little to make it happen)
-I am not looking for an all out rock crawler, however I will run every FS road i can in colorado and do some relatively difficult wheeling in the high country.

and Finally the lift I selected....
    FRONT
    -Billy 5100's @.85
    -Eibach coils
    -OME trim Packer

    REAR
    -ATO shackle flip
    -Billy 5100 B110's
    -Homertaco's Hockey Puck Bump mod
    -Ext Brake Lines

My thoughts behind this lift selection...
-2"ish in front (Thinking less than standard 2.5" for the 5100 .85 Billy combo due to the bumper and winch)
-.75" in rear for the shackle flip (paired with front lift should be close to level)

So what did I miss or what mistakes have I made???

It seems like you might be using this setup to its max if you really go out often and on a difficult trail it will become more beneficial to have clearance and flex. This setup you have chosen will probably ride stiff.

Idk I'm just guessing how this setup feels, your usage, and driving style. You won't know til you try it

Tire calculator puts that size at 33.07'', so you'll likely rub at only 2 inches of lift. Not likely in the front of your wheel well because of the clearance of your bumper but in the rear of your wheel well and on your cab mount. If you opt to go with more front lift to cure that, you'll likely need new ucas.

your going to probably be fully compressing the rear b110 shocks before you hit the bumps unless you REALLY extend the bumpstops in the rear, even with the shackle flip as that does noting to increase the axle under full compression.

Work in progress, but mods so far; OTT 7.0 tune, 255/85/16 Falken WildPeak M/Ts
IIRC, the OME trim packer is designed for OME shocks only. You would need a top plate spacer.

Called wheelers and left a message regarding trading out the trim packer for a spacer. I knew I'd forget something. Thanks for the help guys.

Nd4spd- The homertaco hockey puck bumps top mod should limit the up travel just enough to save the b110s. If not i'll buy some wheelers bumps.

Fluffymonkey- As i understand, It shouldn't matter how much lift I have cause this the tire will still need to fit in the wheel well at full compression. Itll just be in there more often
    with the short lift.

Tacodeplaya- I thought I was getting as much flex as possible without changing UCAS or going mid/long travel. The 5100s claim to get a bit of extended travel in the front (little if any). I am going to pull the sway bar for a lil more flex. In the rear, I am gaining a ton of droop and flex with the shackle flip.

Just my opinions on why I chose what I did.
