Front end lockup

I have an 07 Taco, and last night we had a hurricane come through. so i went out and drove around in the puddles for a bit because... well why wouldn't you? I observed nothing out of the ordinary, smells, sounds, vibrations... nothing. I got into my truck this morning to go spend my saturday working and the front end was entirely locked up. I tried it in 4-wheel but it isn't moving a bit. any thoughts? one other thing. I'm on an island so no dealership.
