I've had Rain X latitude and Bosch Icon's. I prefer the Icon's! I get about a year out of them before needing replacement which isn't bad.

I like to use Rain-X blades and Rain-X washer fluid. The combination has been good for me through many winters. Replace them about once a year.

The next time they start to streak wipe the blade with alcohol. It really helps.

Cheap ones. Replace every 3 months. ~$20/year. I've tried a lot of brands. Tried alcohol wipe. This works best for me.

Icon or Evolution  How long did they last:confused: I got the Evolution and they are still OK. I got them because my cheap ones chattered. I just picked up the Icon's and will use them when the Evolution's go then I'll see if they are worth the extra $$.

I use too only use RainX or Michellins but I am happy with the stock ones on the Tacoma.

In one year I have only replaced the passenger side wipe and that is a year of ski trips and camping where I always used them.

Funny that I found this thread today, as I was just bitching about how the Goodyears from Costco are. Had em on for about 2 months, and already starting to streak. But they are cheap. I use Valeo on my BMW. OEM, and paid $20 for a pair from Amazon. Should have bought some for the Taco.

I put the same size on the drivers side as it calls far on the passenger. I kept getting a streak at the end of the wiper on the driver side. The shorter wiper does not have noticably less coverage and solved the streaking issue that I got on oem and replacement blades before.

Have been using Trico universal refills (cut to fit blade only-set of 2 for about $6) from Advance Auto - getting pretty good life (6-8 months) with OEM arms. No one except Advance and NAPA seems to carry refills anymore - hate to replace arms when they are still in good shape.
