    I am not yet a Tacoma Owner, but I will be buying one in Sept. I am currently deployed with the USAF and will be getting it as soon as I get back. I have decided on a new 4 cyl access cab 4x4 Manual. Anything I should keep in mind during the buying process? I am super excited to start customizing it too. I want to get a light bar for behind the grill (which I will replace). The community is great so many awesome ideas. I hope to spend more and more time on here in the coming months.

    Welcome to TW! You'll love anything you decide to get but my suggestion is go with a double cab v6 and if you can't afford that then go with the v6 in the access cab. I bought one last year and did exactly what you're planning to do and I wish I had the v6 simply for pushing the extra weight and towing isn't fun with the 2.7
