So as the title says, my truck won't start back up after I shut it off. If I hook it up to another truck and jump it, my truck drives fine. But when I shut it off and try to crank it back up, it sounds as if I left the lights on for days. Help would be appreciated. Thanks ya'll.

Check your alternator output after you check your battery voltage. You can just check it across the battery with a meter.
Jump it if you have to and then check your voltage.
    Hope it helps.

Your battery is shot. Go to an auto parts store and take advantage of their free load test. I'm fairly certain from your description the battery will fail. Then purchase a new battery.

Check for clean and TIGHT terminal clamps before heading to to buy one.

I did just that before it began to have problems. I saw that there was a bit of corrosion and brushed it a few times with a wire brush, then BAM, won't turn back on. I am planning on testing it tomorrow. To many mosquitos right now. Thanks ya'll.

If it was working Before you cleaned it and after it was cleaned it don't work... You very well may just have a loose dirty connection.

Take the terminals off the battery. Clean the Battery Post until they are shiny. Then clean the cable termnal ends the same. Reinstall them tight onto the post.

Jump it off if needed* and go for a good drive.

    * The battery may still need to be charged.

Put some coke on the terminals. That will eat away the acid.

Turns out that the battery is bad. It accepts a charge but it won't allow it to circulate through the system. Dang it, my 3 year expired back in June.
