I am trying to address two issues simultaneously, which doesn't normally end well. I want some nice bright driving lights for my new All Pro bumper for offroading. My wife loved the OE fog lights for highway driving. If I grab some Dually's, will they function as an acceptable fog light with the amber covers? Or am I going to be in the dog house until she comes to terms with our lack of fog lights? I'll conceed that it is a bit of an issue because we do get some decent fog, and the OE lights did function exceptionally well in blizzards as well.

I can tell you the dually's are brighter than the factory fogs

I figured as much. Just wondering if the amber lenses will help with reflected light from fog/snow.
