TRD intake and flow master exhaust.. also in a week afe racing headers with high flow cats

Hi guys thanks for reading I have a 2005 taco 4.0 4x4 u got a code the other day(p0606) ecu/ecm.. I'm not sure which one I need to fix... what the truck is doing is losing power or choking out while going up a hill my cats are bad and I have new ones one the way from afe... but I guess my, question is, is what to fix with my ecu/ecm.. any advice helps thanks again

Not a mechanic, but I'd fix the cat problem, clear the codes and see if they return.
