First welcome to TW. As for getting your truck to sound as if it is cammed, I don't believe there is an easy way to do that.

    Unplug one of the coils.

You will have a nice lumpy cam idle :ohsnap:

I suppose an aftermarket exhaust will increase the sound of any slight engine miss or slight fuel loading up on decel other wise get new cams which without any other modification to the engine will most likely cause you to lose power.

You can build a motor that sounds fast or you can have a motor that is fast.

Bilstein 5100s up front with OME 885s, rear Add-A-Leaf, LED lights (tails, dome, map, plate lights), Kicker 8" in custom fiberglass enclosure under back seat, Kicker speakers throughout and Kicker amp for sub, Pioneer DVD Player, Satoshi Grille with Devil Horns, Leer 100XQ.
Put a built 350 into it? I have DTLT headers and an AT2525XL. I have had a few people ask me what engine I put in it because they were thinking it had a v8. However, that goes away at wot, then it sounds like a pissed off weed eater.
