Just thought I would check with you guys to see if you had any experience with the maxxis bighorns. Getting ready to put the lift in and I am tire shopping. Here is what I like so far from my reading about the bighorns. The 285/75/6's are 8 ply vs the 10 that I am finding with the majority of other tires this size and are a little lighter due to that (not a ton but a little) The tread is aggressive but they are not earth shatteringly loud. The are a bit of a softer compound when compared to the KM2's so they are likely to wear a little faster but it shouldn't be THAT much faster. The price I like as well. 5 tires mounted and balanced for $1000 vs $1500 for the km2's. Give me your thoughts on them if you've had em. Thanks in advance.
