This is going to be pretty vague and for that I'm sorry but twice in the last week: onces when starting my truck and leaving for work and once after coming home from a fairly short drive I have heard medal clanking towards the rear of my truck, almost sounding like something fell off. I crawled under my truck the second time but didnt notice anything out of place. I have a 2013 trd sport no mods with only 7500 miles, I hope its not falling apart already. Any ideas or opinions of an issue or parts to check would be greatly appercatied. Sorry for the vague details and misspellings but thanks again for your guys time.

Check the spare tire to ensure it is winched up tight against the frame. Also check to make sure the spare tire winch chain isn't banging around.

Mine does the same thing if I back into the garage a the wrong angle :D

Usually it is the rear mudflaps dragging but every once in a while the tailpipe hits.

I need to move to the suburbs with ditches and flat driveways.

Crawl under your truck. Hit everything and see what is loose or look for the lowest level pat and make sure it is secure.

Inspect the rear leaf springs for a broken leaf or any signs of looseness and shifting, and correct as needed. Then torque the rear axle u-bolts to 80 ft-lbs even if everything looks perfect.
