    Well, If it all works out in the end be sure to post the name of the shop and the Tech/Manager you worked with to help you resolve this matter.

    Often emotions and frustrations take over when your "baby" gets dicked and all hell breaks loose where the vendor becomes "Douchebag #1" without giving them the benefit. You gave him a chance and he his willing to resolves what ails.
