I'm looking for any recommendations for good places to camp. Perhaps a place I can park the truck, pitch a tent and still be a little secluded. A creek or something would be great too!!

Check out Track Rock camp ground. It's not too far from Brasstown Bald. It's one of my favorite places to camp.

Camp ground on Wildcat creek by Lake Burton. If you don't mind some people then Moccasin Creek State Park on Burton is nice too.

I've been hearing a lot about Wildcat Creek recently.

Tray Mtn is a good place to go as well and is a great place to wheel also.

This was our campground from a couple months ago when a friend and I went with our wives.

Where the skeeters bad when you camped at Trey last? I road the trail and stopped by the camp spot and man was about eaten alive. A large oak also fell across the creek that will soon pose a problem for the water flow.

Yeah I guess so. I went through there 2 weeks ago and the tree still had green on it. Wonder if the forest service will cut it out. There was a group of jeeps before the rock garden surprised to see me. Maybe they where surprised to see a taco up there.

Yeah I know what you mean. I used to ride my dual sport through the garden and have pinched many a tube in there. Never fun to deal with that far out. My wife didn't care too much for it in the Taco. She may never go up there with me again. Lol
