2014 Entune Audio 'Plus': Anyone Experience REBOOTs During Operation?

Mine has worked relatively OK for the last 6 months save a gltch here and there.

JustiIn the last few days my 2014 Entune Audio Plus REBOOTS every time I hit the 'Messages' app or if I attempt to place a call after looking someone up from Contacts.

When I hit messages it says 'Downloading Messages..." then after a minute or so the screen goes blank then the Toyota logs pops up and it goes through it's boot cycle. Happens 100% of the time.

When calling out as long as I only dial 1 of the 4 'favories' from the home screen it works OK. But if I look someone up using voice search or by finding them in he Contacts directory - it initiates the call and almost immediately reboots.

Selected software update on Entune audio and got the following:
Audio 010171
Audio System 000072
Dsp Module 520020
Sub 010001
Can 130209
No history of updates applied...
Don't see any other version #s

It's linked to a Samsung S4 (Android)

 

It might need firmware update, warranty issue, take it to the dealer. I have had 1 reboot in the last year.

 

how did this turn out? having a similar issue and looking for data

 

Ya I'm starting to have this same issue with mine. Restarts randomly while I'm driving.

 

Maybe try re - pairing you phone? Don't know if that will work or not but it's worth a try.
