    Hi, I have a 1997 Toyota Tacoma x-cab 4x4. My seats have became almost unbearable to my back has anyone replaced seats with ones out of a newer Tacoma; or another vehicle? Any input is greatly appreciated.

    I would like to know the same thing. I have the 3/4 seat and want to replace with bucket seats. I have a 1998 SR5 tacoma w/ 4wd.

    I would think tacoma seat up to 04, will bolt right in and 3rd gen 4runner seat should work as well, but not 100%
