My '09 TRD Off Road has started making this clunking noise when driving. It sounds like it comes once per revolution of the wheel. It comes and goes and I can usually only hear it when driving next to a wall and the sound bounces back to me. I could even hear it on the highway driving about 30m mph next to a wall. It will happen in neutral or in gear, and appears to be only when moving forward. The truck is driving well otherwise.
I have linked a video, the clunks start at about 0:11 and goes to 0:17 when I go over the grate (ignore that noise).
Does anyone recognize this sound? My buddy says it might be a warped brake shield?

Ok, A couple shots in the Dark.... Rock in the tire treads? Bad Tire - i.e. sidewall / tread radial flexing and ticking on broken belt. Perhaps a tire rim has a broken weld or crack that is ticking on each revolution???

I'd try rotating tires one axel at a time to see if the noise moves to the other side. This will at least eliminate the tires and wheels. Also spin the drums/disks by hand when the tire is off to see if you hear /feel something in the disk/drum and or pads shoes clicking per rev.
