Socal - Used Light Racing UCAs - $150

Up for sale, I have a pair of used Light Racing Upper Control Arms. The bushings are shot, but I'm including a new set I ordered from SPC. You will still need to order new boots, which can be found here for $8.50. The ball joints seem to be in okay shape. There is some pitting on both of them (see photos). One is silky smooth, one isn't as smooth (it takes a little bit of force to move it around the socket), but there's no play in either one. In my (far from expert) opinion, the ball joints still have a reasonable amount of life left in them. They were working fine when installed on my truck. Just an FYI, replacing the bushings on these things is a major pita (one of the reasons I just upgraded to Total Chaos). Might want to look into that before purchasing.


I live and work in Huntington Beach/Westminster area (SoCal). I WILL ship on buyers dime (UPS, as that's what we use at work). Feel free to ask any questions. I bought the truck used, but I imagine there are at least 60,000 miles on the control arms.

what year model and all that stuff did it come off of?

 

They came off of a 2007 Tacoma 4x4. I believe they will fit any 6 lug 2005+ Tacoma.

Hi Eric. Truck is treating me great. I installed Fox 2.5 remote resi coilovers, TC UCA's, and All Pro leafs in it a little while ago. I have all the info written down to start a build thread on it, just need the time to post it all up.

I see your business is booming. Good for you man. I get asked about the bumpers all the time (especially the high clearance rear) and I always point them in your direction.

 

I'm not really sure to be honest. According to SPC "provides an additional +/- 2 degrees of camber and 0 degree to +4 degree of caster change."

I'm not really sure what the works out to. I can tell you they were on my truck with over 3" of lift and were working fine.
