    Hey fellow San Diegans,

I'm looking to rent a pair of jetskis (sitdown? standup? no pref) and wanted to know if anyone had experience doing so around here. Do you have shops you endorse? Shops you'd stay away from? Of course with the Tacoma I can tow, provided the shops provide a trailer. What other factors should I be taking into consideration when renting?

I plan on posting up at Fiesta Island. Any thoughts? I know of Ski Beach and other areas, but my rationale for Fiesta Island is that we plan on spending the whole day, so I'd like to be able to launch/recover right from where we are on land, rather than have to go launch/recover from a ramp, which is situated away from where we hang out on land. On Fiesta, you can do just that. Throw up a couple EZ-ups and it seems like a good spot.

Thanks for the opinions, experiences, and help.
