Hey everyone i'm new to the Tacoma forum but not to the Toyota family. I had a 2014 4Runner Trail that I lost in an ice stormback in Feb and a 97 T-100 that I traded in for my 14 Tacoma. I know the question about replacement seats for the Tacoma has been brought up a million times before but I was wondering what everything thought about trading out the 14 tacoma seats for seats out of 06-10 4runner. I am thinking about going the spacer on the back bolts on the stock seats but I always try and think of other options just in case the spacer doesn't work. I"m a bigger guy 6-0 weigh 250 and the angle of the seat bottom is killing my right hip. I didn't have this problem in the 4runner or even the T-100 and I was hoping to find a quick fix. To everyone that replies thanks in advance.

Cant say for sure but they really look like they would bolt right in... similar angle on the front bolts and the little nipple that sticks into the floor... Someone out there's gotta have a buddy with a 4runner that'd be willing to give it a shot.

Or you could always take a 4 runner for a test drive and "take it to your mechanic" for a few hours :eek:
