Bestop supertop, windows or not ?

I Have a 5 hours trip to do on next sunday. I want to bring my dog in my bed (with my bestop on) and I don't know if I can take the road without the rear door and the two side windows. If I keep the top on with all windows, it's gonna be too hot inside with no air (+-86F). Does anybody already did that ?
