    I would hold out, $3,700 sounds VERY low to me. They will have it on the lot for at least 9K and sold in no time.

    Thanks for that. I am thinking his low ball offer is the dealer's polite way of saying they don't want it. The frame got sprayed in 2010 by Toyota but the crap they put on fell off. So all one can see is a rusty frame. But no holes in it yet,,,,,
