    Save for wheels and tires first, exhaust does nothing for these trucks but changes the sound of them, hence why im just gonna get the dynomax exhaust, push come to shove if i dont like it ill swap a different muffler in and go from there, the system looks pretty modular with it being a clamp together design, so any muffler with the same in/out location and size should work

    True, think its just more expensive for better quality metal or muffler? It must be better quality at some point.

    Same. So I guess it doesn't matter much. I wonder what just pipe would be. I don't think you'll like the dynomax one. Its gonna be raspy somewhat and drone a lot..just saying. Get dynomax super turbo muffler or flowmaster 40 series muffler. Or at 2525xl

    What id like to do is get an exhaust kit that includes everything but the muffler, and then i can just buy the one i want, sadly i cant find anything like that it seems... :(

    Mainly looking at flow-master 40 or 50 series to keep the volume levels reasonable, if i end up doing something like that.

    Same! Maybe call summit or jegs, ya never know, they may have somethin. I'm pretty sure you can't buy a kit, but parts separate, not sure how much $ though.

    Should be good still, just checked. Click the double cab short bed one with the specs/numbers next to it, then select the 2.5" setup. Do discount, bam, 273…free shipping

    yeah, I might just do that, I dont even know why something like that dosent exist already, cant be that hard to set up the intermediate pipe and the last bent/tip section and then create a guide sheet for the required muffler specs.

    Yeah, but each muffler is different lengths, so you'd need the pipe longer and then cut to fit

    not exactly, you would have to issue a spec sheet with it so that you take the spec sheet and find a muffler that you like that fits the rest of the system

    True, I'm thinking they wouldn't have it. But they should. Lol, ask URD maybe also

    HOLY CRAP BATMAN

    looky what i found on jegs

    http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stor...8+2&itemPerPage=60&storeId=10001&YEAR=1698989

    Its literally the model specific parts and hangers for the Tacoma system individually, so you can buy all the parts except the muffler, then drop in any one with similar specs to the one ins the system..... i think the Exhaust gods were smiling on me today

    :bowdown::pray:

    Edit: here is the muffler that is used in the system, so any muffler with the same specs would drop right in http://www.jegs.com/i/Dynomax/289/17219/10002/-1
