If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
!!!PIC HEAVY!!! Might not load completely on mobile phones, so please be patient :)

Finally parting out the un-used/un-needed parts from my engine swap. Most parts came off a brand-new 2014 1GR-FE Auto (DC/LB Sport 4x4 w/ Tow Pckg.) *unless otherwise noted*. The engine had 12 miles on it before being pulled and shipped to me for install (the original owner swapped for a 1KD-FTV HiLux Diesel, so it was not a salvage or anything).

    • US Shipping is possible for most, if not all of this stuff.Buyer pays shipping
    • Some of these items are for '12+ ONLY w/ A.I.R Injection (secondary smog pump).
    • The prices may seem high, but these parts are like-new, Toyota OEM, not refurbished, and much less-expensive than any dealer/online distributor.
Whatever doesn't sell on here will end up on eBay next week.

    130-Amp Alternator (Part # 27060-0P020) = GONE

I will get a shipping quote this afternoon and PM you

I thought the A.I.R Injection components were the same on a 4cyl. but I just cross-referenced the part # and they are indeed different. I edited the OP and removed the "4cyl."

    That alternator looks really tempting.

According to this website, it may fit the 4 cyl models:

Bens sorry to post this here but I can't seem to PM you. I have a 2011 dbcb 4x4 Trd sport and want to do the gw mod because I have a rev tech in my truck and its causing my abs to go off for no reason even after having my vsc sas a deceleration and skid pad settings all reset to zero. Was a non issue until a shop replaced a front wheel bearing and diff on warranty now my truck is a POS

First question with the gw, can abs come on at all even when vsc would normally
Be angry because I'm "in an uncontrollable skid"

Second can the button be pushed to turn off Vsc and abs while driving or is it like the vsc button where you have to stop. Reason I ask as I enter corners id like to press it and shut down abs in the corner and re activate it right after

I like my trucks abs it saved me a few times, now it's gone off and tried to kill me a few times and I hate it more than anything

Called toyota they see it as a "non issue" and its my fault for doing a lift. Although its completely warranty approved toyota approved part an No one would say a word when there telling you it's built for your truck put it in have an issue and now its my fault for wanting a level lift "these things happen, there's even a section in the owners manual about doing lifts and the problems it may cause"... Funny noone mentions any of this when selling you a lift

Oh the truck on the podium at the dealer with the same lift did you warn it's prospective buyer abs will activate during normal conditions on dry pavement causing the vehicle to be pulled abruptly to one side... No not a mention... Sign the paper then well tell you a year later when you come in to have issues fixed

Seriously toyota... THERE'S ABOUT 50 THREADS ON YOUR ABS MALFUNCTIONS!!!!!! Make a flash to fix your sensor sensitivity in the trucks it affects before a truck gets pulled off a cliff because of your poor design and you get sued back into the Stone Age

    A very angry customer

Sorry to hijack bens, rant over

    Hey Ken,

Sorry to hear about your near death experience(s) with ABS. I have to admit, I was confused by your post - why it's in here and what it is your are trying to do (I'm assuming you are referring to the ABS Kill Switch mod).

    To answer your questions:

    1) If you install an ABS Kill Switch (like I installed in my write-up HERE) - anytime you disable the ABS, it is truly disabled and will not activate until you press the switch again. This in turn also turns off VSC (Traction control) and it will not re-engage until you press the switch again.

    2) The ABS Kill Switch can be used "on-the-fly" without having to stop. You can turn it OFF and ON at any time.

Since you have an identical model as my truck (2011 DC/LB TRD Sport 4x4) you will be able to use my write-up exactly as described and install a simple ABS Kill Switch. If you have any addtl. questions, please post them in the correct thread or try to PM me again: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=46123 - I'm not sure why it wouldn't let you send a PM :notsure:

    Hope this helps!
