    I'm always going to the lake to fish, so my truck is always in the dirt. Just doesn't make sense to clean it that well. It would be wasted effort in a matter of days.

    Edit: should have looked to see how old the thread was. D'OH!

    I fluid filmed mine from the beginning, it came through a rough winter with no rust, sure the frame looks "dirty" because the dust sticks to the FF but I prefer that over a rusty frame. I reapply twice a year, in fall and spring.
    Would do it more but the wife complained about the smell...
