    Retros for hids kind of do the same thing an led without a projector does, which is focus the light for a brighter usable light.

    Eh... Not quite. A projector is a projector and a light in a reflector bowl regardless of the source is still the same principle.

    The led headlights are already focused an hids aren't. The projector is used to focus an hid. You can use it for led headlights I'm sure too but they are much more focused than a drop in hid kit for sure.

    It doesn't matter ordering them but for the mod install the Dtrl mod first.
