FS - Verizon (unlocked?) iPhone 4 - 16GB - Black

Have this iPhone that I got with a trade and I don't know much about it.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, DO NOT WANT ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS.​

The phone has been factory reset, but the cydia app still remains on there. But everything else is gone.

It is a 16GB iPhone 4 & the carrier says Verizon. The guy that traded me it says he had it unlocked with intended use to use it on Straight Talk. I do not know how to tell if the phone is unlocked? (If you know how, please let me know!)

**Jailbreak means you can get paid apps off of the store for free from what he said, I asked how to remove it because I didn't want it up there. From what he told me, it can be removed and there are tutorials on youtube.**

I googled how to find out if your phone was jailbroke and it said if the app "Cydia" is installed, then it is jailbroke.

The phone DOES HAVE CYDIA INSTALLED, therefore I believe that it is jailbroke. Maybe someone with more expertise can chime in?


The bad:

- The whole screen is cracked.
- The volume buttons on the side DO NOT work (just tested)

Other than those two problems, the phone is functional.

Under "About"
- Network says "Not Available" - Not sure what this means??

I DO NOT KNOW IF THE PHONE CAN BE REACTIVATED or if it is merely an ipod now.

I asked him if it could be reactivated and he did not know himself.

If you know about anything I am unsure of, PLEASE DO tell me so I can clear things up and not sell someone a piece of shit. ​

Plug it into itunes and do a restore, that will take the jailbreak out of most of them
